Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by Webify ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a license, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make the purchase.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Products and Licensing

When you purchase a product you receive a license to use it under the terms of the License Terms, which form part of this agreement. In summary:

  • A regular license covers a single production domain owned by you or your client.
  • Each additional production domain requires its own license.
  • Licenses include free updates for the lifetime of the product.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may exclude applicable taxes, which are added where required.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Your license and downloads are made available once payment is confirmed.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, error, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Installation and Customization Services

Where you purchase an installation or customization service, we will perform the agreed work with reasonable skill and care. You agree to provide timely access to the systems, credentials, and information we need. Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are final once a product has been downloaded or a license activated. If a product does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or, where we cannot, provide a refund at our discretion.

7. Support

Purchases include support for setup and defects for the period stated on the product page. Support covers help using the product as documented; it does not include custom development, third-party integrations, or issues caused by unauthorized modification.

8. Intellectual Property

All products, source code, documentation, and branding remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Your license grants you the right to use the product as permitted; it does not transfer ownership.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense our products except as expressly permitted.
  • Remove or alter any copyright, license, or attribution notices.
  • Use our products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our products are provided "as is". While we take great care in building and testing them, we do not warrant that they will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that they will meet every requirement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, the rights granted to you end and you must stop using the affected products. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including licensing, intellectual property, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that location.
