License Terms

These License Terms describe what you may and may not do with any product you purchase from Webify. They apply alongside our Terms & Conditions. Please read them before activating your license.

1. What a License Grants

Each license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use one copy of the product, subject to the license type you purchased. The product's source code, design, and documentation remain our property; you are licensed to use them, not to own them.

2. License Types

Regular License

  • Use on one production domain that you or your client owns.
  • Unlimited use on staging, development, and local environments tied to that production domain.
  • Suitable for a single end product that end users are not charged to access.

Extended License

  • Everything in the Regular License, plus use in a single end product that end users are charged to access.
  • Still limited to one production domain per license.

3. Multiple Domains and Projects

One license covers one production domain. If you deploy the product to additional production domains, or build separate client projects, each one requires its own license. Volume and agency licensing is available — contact us for details.

4. Updates

Every license includes free updates for the lifetime of the product, covering new features, security patches, and compatibility fixes.

Updates are delivered through your account. We recommend keeping a current backup before applying any update.

5. Support

Your license includes support for installation and defects for the period shown on the product page. You may renew support after it expires. Support does not include custom development or modifications you or a third party have made to the code.

6. Permitted Use

  • Install and run the product on the licensed domain and its related non-production environments.
  • Modify the source code to fit your own project.
  • Use the product to build a website or application for yourself or a single client per license.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away the product or its source code, whether modified or not.
  • Include the product in a template, theme, or "starter kit" offered to others.
  • Share your license key or account credentials.
  • Remove or obscure copyright, license, or attribution notices in the code.
  • Use the product to create a competing product for redistribution.

8. Ownership of Your Content

Anything you create with the product — your data, your customizations, your client's content — belongs to you. Our license covers only the product itself.

9. Transfers

Licenses are issued to the original purchaser and are non-transferable. If you build a product for a client, you may transfer the single license to that client provided you keep no copy and do not reuse it elsewhere.

10. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these terms, in which case you must stop using and delete all copies of the product. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Warranty and Liability

The product is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Our liability for any claim relating to a license is limited to the amount paid for that license, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.
